1 package yeast

3 1/2 Cups flour

1/3 cup yellow corn meal

1 1/2 cups boiling water

1/2 cup molasses

1 teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon butter


Place cornmeal into a bowl. Carefully pour boiling water into the cornmeal, stirring to make sure it's smooth. Let stand to cool for about 30 Min. Stir in molasses, slat and butter. Place yeast in the pan, bread flour, then the cornmeal mixture. Select white bread and push start.
